About Forest Hill Development:

Joel Porter Jr. grew up in Memphis Tennessee and is a graduate of St George’s Day School, Christian Brothers High School, and the University of Mississippi. Joel has been married since 1994 and has 3 children – Joel III, Margaret, and Emma Grace.

Joel has been involved in the residential development and construction business since 1996. He has developed several subdivisions throughout the mid-south in the rapidly expanding areas of Oakland, Collierville, Braden, Mt Pleasant, and Olive Branch. Mr. Porter has strived to create eco-friendly neighborhoods that provide a place to meet the needs of a growing family. Homes are currently under construction in beautiful Crystal Lakes Subdivision in Northeast Collierville priced from the low 300’s.
